1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucy Dorris Studio Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Feliona (the "Service"), an AI companion platform accessible at feliona.app.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Understanding the AI Nature of the Service

Important: Feliona AI is an artificial intelligence system. All interactions through our Service are with AI-generated responses, not human beings. The AI does not have genuine emotions, consciousness, or human understanding.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are interacting with an AI, not a real person
• The AI companion's responses are generated by machine learning algorithms
• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• The AI cannot provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• The 3D avatar is a visual representation and does not indicate human presence

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• If under 18, have permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their minor children's use of the Service.

4. Account Registration

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCY DORRIS STUDIO INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
• Any AI-generated content or responses
• Any reliance on information provided through the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucy Dorris Studio Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

12. Termination
